An assessment of your new home will be done and we will consult with you in regards to what star rating has been achieved.
If your home does not achieve the minimum star additional solution and recommendation will be offered at no extra cost, until we achieve the required result,
You will need to provide full plans sent in PDF format including site plan, floor plans, and elevations section and window/door schedules.

Extensions / Alterations
At iRate Energy we comply with all building commission requirements and in addition to Thermal Performance Assessment (whole house compliance) we can provide comprehensive Deemed to Satisfy including Glazing Reporting (partial compliance) in order to obtain a building permit.
